		<description>One thing people do not mind is working hard for a leader! Leaders as you mentioned do inspire; however, when working for someone who truly values leadership you don&#039;t feel like your working for a HUGE organization and going absolutely no where within that organization but you feel like you are working for an individual that truly cares about you both personally and professionally.  Therefore, if you have to put in &quot;extra&quot; hours you don&#039;t mind so much because you are working for a leader that cares and not just a company!</description>
